Tried and trusted cutters
At The Royal Butcher, our cutters are teachers and students. They each come from different backgrounds rich in knowledge about retail cutting, restaurant cuts or homestyle butchering. They teach apprentices within the company and they teach their customers. At the same time, they are learning from each other and keeping a close eye on changing industry standards. This all makes the cutting room a dynamic and educational place.
In our cutting rooms, our band saws, grinders and vacuum sealers are all cared for regularly. Whole or half carcasses are brought in and broken down into primals and cuts according to cut sheets filled out by our customers. Meat is packed into clear plastic bags, vacuum sealed, labeled and boxed. Boxed meat can then been stored in our cooler or freezer until customer pick-up.
